Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• The Administrator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the User’s use of the Voice Libraries.

• The Administrator will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries from Users but does not guarantee replies.

• In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms enclosed with the Voice Libraries and the Terms published on the distribution site, the Terms published on the distribution site shall prevail.

• Even after distribution is terminated, Users who have already obtained the Voice Libraries may continue to use them in accordance with these Terms.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

• In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator’s residence shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
