利用規約
■初めに
◆音源の権利はmeb!s_に帰属する
◆配布物は製作者それぞれに権利が帰属する
◆音源を使用した際は音源名をどこかに記載すること
■してもよいこと
◆作品が共有できるサービスでの歌唱データ、HANASUを含む作品の公開。※1
◆オリジナル曲での使用
◆作品が配信できるサービスで同人及び個人での収益化※1
◆同人及び個人での商用利用※1
◆配布物を該当音源を取り扱っているコンテンツで使用すること※1
◆立ち絵同士や背景との空気感を合わせるための色味調節
◆二次創作であると明記したうえでのキャラ崩壊
■許可が必要なこと
◆法人での商用利用※2
■してはならないこと
◆公序良俗に反すること。
◆配布物の自作発言
◆適切なゾーニングがない投稿
◆どのような形であっても原音をそのまま再配布すること※3
※1…許可はいりませんが、連絡はくださると助かります。宣伝させていただきます
※2…内容によってはお断りさせていただきますが、基本的には許可を出すつもりです
※3…管理人の死後はこの限りではありません。

◆ When using a voicebank, please make sure to credit its name somewhere in your work.
■Permitted Actions
◆ Publishing works (including singing data and HANASU) on services that allow content sharing. ※1
◆ Use in original songs.
◆ Monetization of works by individuals or doujin creators via content distribution platforms. ※1
◆ Commercial use by individuals or doujin creators. ※1
◆ Use of distributed materials within content that features the relevant voicebanks. ※1
◆ Adjusting colors of character images or backgrounds to match the overall atmosphere.
◆ Character deviation (out-of-character portrayals) is allowed if explicitly labeled as derivative work.
■Actions That Require Permission
◆ Commercial use by corporate entities. ※2
■Prohibited Actions
◆ Any acts that go against public order and morals.
◆ Claiming the distributed materials as your own creation.
◆ Uploading content without appropriate age or content zoning.
◆ Redistributing the original voice files in any form. ※3
※1 – You do not need prior permission, but we would appreciate a heads-up. We may help promote your work.
※2 – Permission will generally be granted, though some requests may be declined depending on the content.
※3 – This does not apply in the event of the administrator’s death.
